New Infraction Policy!

Post by Kryptonite on Mon 8 Feb - 19:21

After recent events and reviews of other players. I think it's time to begin an infraction policy. Too many EoH members are not doing their duties! You will never grow as an EoH member meaning you will not be promoted unless things start to change.

Requirements:

1 You must take time from playing and spec other players.
2 If they are cheating you must issue warnings.
3. You must not break EoH rules!
4. Do not call other players NOOBS!

Each member will be given 3 infractions and then they will be suspended or banned from EoH!

Not to sound too harsh or scare you new members, but I encourage you guys to start to take a more initiative to become a leader. Us head admins shouldn't be the only ones watching other players and handing out warnings, it's your job too!

I've noticed that most of the newer clan members NEVER watch their killcam to check for perks, and some of the older members as well.

I agree.
I try to look at Perks as often as I see new players. (some tend to slip by.
Also!
well I think when members join, they need to go threw some command trainings and what commands do and when to use em.
I had to learn myself and I tell u, it wasn't easy. I still have trouble with some. We need at least something to motivate and teach the EoH sever rules/Commands, to new members. Any one agree? or disagree? Please leave comment

it means we'll teach you how to use lvls 20 to 100 commands, when to use them , detect hackers and non-hackers mostly but we are open to more stuff too if anyone thinks we need to add more.

We tried this before when Bliss was the Underboss, it worked for a while but didn't last. I will do my best to train new guys "if they are willing" to be trained. I don't want to waste my time or yours.

it won't be intensive classes, just some classes on gsc once in a while when we have members / recruits asking for questions. We'll need to fix a time. I thin Bliss did a great job at the time.
